Selecting the one with the correct time means that you will go straight into the auto fix every 2hours. The script uses a time wait command so that the celest fixes are realy when actual conditions are set. i.e. sundown, when the sun does down

etc
If you select the wrong script to start - you will get a fix when you start the script, but the next one may be up to 24hours away. This happen when the first command is say take fix at 00:00 and the actual time is 00:01 - then here you will wait 24 hours until 00:00 comes around again.
So it is better to pick the correct one
