First go the Jones Generic Mod Enabler for SH4. Click on the tasks link and save the mod profile to a folder of your choice.
Disable the mods including Trigger Maru.
Go to the mods folder for Trigger Maru 2.5:
Drive letter:\Wolves of the Pacific\MODS\TMO_2-5\Data\Movies\Intro\
Delete the file "Intro.wmv-remove"
Renable the mods.
The original intro movie is restored.
