How can I allow my Boat to travel "Decks Awash" and still get the benefit of visual contacts and radar while the boat is half surfaced ? Look at this pic >>>

I am Guessing that I can use SD3 to edit the underwater depth of dive ? What file is that if thats the file I must edit ?
