The plot thickens.
Rollback is turned off in SH3C.
I installed GWX, which obviously mods the basic.cfg file. The "lock" is no longer showing up on the icon, but I still can't manually modify that file.
Also, I'm still not getting ship names. Very perplexing, as all the other Commander features work.
