Until somebody else steps up and shows the same longevity and maintained quality of music, I would say no. I think he has aged quite gracefully.
His productivity has never been higher, his impact on the music scene may have lessened as far as
direct impact, though his continued influence on the industry is still quite strong and will be for years to come. Arcade Fire being one of the more prominent. Kings of Leon being another.
