The answer of the torpedo man to answer that the torpedo has left its tube would be "Torpedo laeuft" for torpedo is running, usually followed by the report of the hydrophone officer who would then add "Torpedo laeuft normal" meaning it is on its planned way (for no torp circle, or engine shutdown)
"Feuer" for fire would be ordered on surface ships or land units, there is also the expression of "Feuer frei" which would mean that everyone would be looking for his own target and is free to fire.
