I've just had a look at any Cornish folk that could do the job, and I'd hardly heard of any of them, the only ones I recognised were - Mick Fleetwood (#you can go your own waaay!), William Golding, Rory McGrath, Thandie Newton (
), John Nettles, Kristin Scott Thomas, and Marcus Trescothic. It think many non-UK-ers will be pushed to recognise four of those!
So it's unlikely to be a Cornwallian (or whatever they are!).
As a side note, I've met two girls from Cornwall and they both had webbed feet, really!
