It grants over 1.7 billion possible crew names. It lets you choose between regular SH3 and historic crew assignments. It gives historic names, cargo loadouts and crew numbers to ships you sink. As mentioned above, it lets you control fatigue values to the point of turning it off entirely. Best of all, it's not a mod, it's an external program that works with any supermod, so there is little or no conflict. I consider it as important as any supermod, if not more so.
