I found I was completing the objectives too quickly so I just started
a new patrol from base without selecting an objective as soon as
you load up you can click on the anchor and dock again. I think
the time in port is 2 weeks , a new objective should be up by then ,
otherwise you can repeat the process.
Alternativly you can just leave port and patrol anywhere you wish
you will see the new objective display on your nav map once it is
avaiable just return to port and select it on the bext mission.
There is allso an increased tonnage mod for Open Horizons but I
think you might allready be using it with 70000 for costal .I thought
the stock was 50000 , cant remember,,
