I've heard the Solitude one is the best on multiple occasions, costs 20k gold iirc and has an enchanting table. I quite fancy property in Markarth as well, I like the city more than the others.
Got this on PC and console now, it's just glorious. 120 hours on console, 47 on PC and still not even finished the main quest yet! Done Companions, DB & TG, and the College in my various playthroughs, though I enjoyed my mage more than I am my sneaky archer if I'm honest.
