Steve, I just found out this: do a Google search for "Milo Wolff", and you get several other sites were he published more stuff, more focussed on the issue of waves and quantum physics. I first thought that site I linked was just a hobby done by some nobody, but it seems this Dr. Wolff is by far no nobody but a bright professional scientist with a solid reputation having worked at very respected institutions like MIT.
Dawned on me late - but at least it did, in the end.
