I have now finished the air gap objectives and the western approaches have appeared, here are pictures of the map as it appears now.

This is still in some mess, but im starting to think this might be happening since i put in OHII after i started the campaign. Since the objectives are filling up and completing as they should do, although the map is a bit screwed up ill just continue and see what happens when i get to the next campaign, ill also up grate to the new version then.
