Ok, it's located in
"Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_byTheBeast\Data\UPCDa taGE\UPCLocalization\Dialogs.tsr
Remove the mod, delete the file , and apply the mod again!
I suggest you remove it if you are using the great "More Crew Commands by Dialogue (MCCD)", otherwise keep it. Hope this helps!
