Not all hulls are titanium. It's really expensive to manufacture and use. IIRC only the Alfa was an all-titanium hull (mostly because they thought it'd help with MAD), and I think Typhoons use it as well (mostly because they thought it'd stand up to the ice) though it's used in varying degrees in other subs.
