You downloaded various environmental mods. Then you mixed and matched them, right?
I'd advise you not to do that unless you seriously know what you are doing. Please consult the mod readme's and learn about incompatibilities.
What did you mix, by the way?
Also, patch your game to 1.4b. That might be the whole problem...
