Yeah already have a direct shortcut to sh5.exe with admin rights enabled...
A thought occurs to me; I read a post earlier about the registry (god how I hate windows and it's registry database) that you mentioned a fix to check the install path was the correct key:

Now I have checked my registry and I have no Ubisoft folder or entries under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE... but I do have under HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Software | Ubisoft | Silent Hunter 5 | GameUpdate but still no ''installdir'' key?
If your scripts scrape the location of the install directory from the registry key's, could this be an issue? Though it seems to load the dll and constructor OK in debug.log so I'm not sure?
