Ok here's the result.
For DarkWraith solution
As you said the Damage=xxxx is the current state of the sub's hull integrity and since you posted a new solution i'll try it. But what i don't understand is the "IsUnderwater=false". I changed it to "true" and it doesn't work maybe because i'm still on the conning tower. May come in handy in other situations i guess.
For Trevally
My current date is November 16th and I forward it like a couple of days but when i loaded the game i'm still in the middle of that matrix man and the current date is still 16th instead of 18th. Sucks to be me

PS: DarkWraith, my sub's hull integrity is at 100% and the Damage in the file says 0.00000. I really don't know what it would be if i changed to 1.000 but i'll try anyways.
