Ok Gents, I started up the minimal infrastructure (expand later to whats needed). Put up a draft for my idea on a Sub Ops manual and even got the Ok from Timmy_G00 and ADM Homer on the TACMAN respective BlueBook to be used where needed.

Now guys, the ball is in your court - I'm just an airedale happy to shoot at subs ... you can read up on most (hehe) tactics in the P-3 OWTOP, so don't hold back on the very basics of sub ops now. 16 people think its a good idea, so step forward and help turn this idea in something real.
