A good bit of advice can be gathered from that article though.
When you are using crazy dictators to illegaly torture people for you try and remember to make sure they don't keep any paperwork.
I wonder if the same will happen out of Egypt if the military fail in setting up their new dictatorship, or maybe out of Syria when Assad fails to slaughter all the opposition.

As for the Lockerbie bomber, they had him, he was released because he was months from death...He is still alive, years later..People love to speculate on how he didn't do it, but discount the trial this a-hole LOST to be convicted...
