None. I started playing SH3, and Sergbuto made the first Harbor mod. So I scrapped my career and started over. Then Beery made the first supermod, RUB. I scrapped my career and started over. Then the original GW came out. I scrap...well, you get the point. In almost seven years of playing the game I've never finished a career, never progressed past mid-1940 in fact.
I experiment. I install a mod with JSGME. If I like it I install it manually. Then I save my Data folder. Nowadays if I have to reinstall the game I run GWX and then re-install my saved Data folder, keeping a list of exactly what's in it.
My other problem is that back when I was playing SH1 they offered different Commands and different boats. Rather than choosing one, or letting the dice choose for me, I would run a boat out of each available Command. That carried over to subsequent versions, and I now have three careers in SH3, one from each available 1939 Flotilla all running concurently. I'm also doing that with SH4 U-boats and OM. If I ever reach 1942 I'll be doing the same with the American side, which will mean eight or nine campaigns at the same time. When one dies or retires I start a new one from the same time and place.
Of course when I finally get a new computer that will run all the mods, and SH5 as well, I'll be starting over again. I think the correct term is obsessive-compulsive, though anal retentive may apply as well.
