So who would the aggressor be? Russians? Chinese? With these modern fighters (I'm going out on a limb and guessing they'll be in F-22s  ), combat boils down to who can push the launch button first.

F-22s in the navy? It'll be F-35s, unless someone doesn't do their homework...which is equally possible.
As for the aggressors...can't be China, too much movie money there, s'why Red Dawn 2's aggressors suddenly switched from Chinese to North Koreans, so it'll probably be either Norks or a renegade Russian general (TM), could be a renegade Middle Eastern dictator...but I doubt it...with Saddam gone they just aren't as recognisably parodiable (is that even a word?). So yeah, Norks or renegade Russkie, that's my betting.
