I also let SH3 Commander give me a randomized name. I do make sure that the last name starts with a letter correlated to the number of my career, as I usually have several going at once. I also use Commander for names in SH4 and AOTD.

I would never use a real Kaleun's name for my career, as I consider that an offense, especially if I get him killed.
