Fraid so, this Euro experiment is exploring new horizons of mass brain washing.
When I voted "yes" it was for a common market within Europe, a good thing then and still is good, the idea of a united Europe trading as partners is a great idea.
But the idea of a central Euro middle class elite pulling all the strings of power without the responsibiliy is exactly what Napoleon and Hitler wanted, total control. Britain is being swamped with legless law that nobody wants of intends to uphold, those that make law break the very laws they make. I am almost certain that Europe will in the near future phase out British common law and replace it with a Euro Law.
sorrrreeee to all for this outpouring of passion, but the sense of dispair I feel for Britain and the loss we have undergone due to Euro is without parallel in our history, politicians have gouged the heart of Britain to the point that "right" is ignored for political expediancy.
