I echo some of the comments on the NG page: What killed them? I would imagine that if predators got them the corpses would be not only more damaged but scattered?
Of course since many dinosaurs were scavengers, even if they died of some disease/poisoning, scavengers should have pulled them a part.
I wonder if this nest was simply in the wrong place and was caught in a mud/landslide and thus preserved like that?
