I am confident this has been brought up before and if so, please direct me to the appropriate thread or post.

Unlike SH III and SH 4, the Automatic Targeting seems bugged. The solution does not take speed into account in the solution and the ships are never identified. While I have had some modicum of success thanks to the UI mods, I feel like I am forced to use full manual targeting because the TDC simply does not work right. The XO function is worthless. Are there any mods or resolutions to this issue?

(BTW, the setting for "Force Manual" in the UI mod is turned off.)
