Reference bump. I had the same problem, same situation. So if I follow everything, it's a memory managent/ 4GB patch issue?
I'm running GWX3.0 w/o MFM and it runs great, but when it was loaded(mfm) the game would crash at the load screen.
I'm on win7 home. I guess I need to look up how much RAM I have when I get home.
