The 'correct' order as mentioned by TDW in another thread is now:
IRAI
FX Update
New UIs
The New UIs thread is out of date, has been for a while - and this confusion keeps popping up. Can't find the post to link to it, but this is correct for now, at least until TDW says otherwise.
