The deployment speeds of things are in the database and relate to how much of a percentage of the cable is going to deploy at the same time, I think it should be fairly straightforward to change, but TA deploy speed is in fact relative to how fast Ownship is moving as you try to deploy the array.
So that might be the only snag. I hope 1.03 comes out today so I can find out.
