In any other job in the world, if you fail to meet your objectives, you get fired*. Except congress, failure ensures you'll get re-elected. Gerrymandering guarantees they'll get re-elected anyway.
I say we fire the entire committee and hire one that can get the job done.
*except weathermen, who can be wrong more often than not and still keep their jobs.
