HT1.46 stands for Harbor Traffic 1.46. It is a mod that populates most of the German harbors with in-coming and out-going traffic. Some of the British harbors have also been populated.
And in addition to the merchant traffic, task forces for various nations have also been scripted to appear in-game.

It is ABSOLUTELY MOST DEFINATELY worth waiting for. Should be out very shortly, in addition to my Soldati expansion pack.
