DW does not like multiple core processors. Open Windows Task Manager, go to the "Applications" tab, right click on DW and select "Go to Process".
Right click and select "Set Affintiy". When the Processor window comes up select one (which one doesn't matter) for DW to run on.
Should solve the issue.
