I don't know enough to comment on 90% of what you've got there, but I can speak about the sound mods (DBSM). First, unless they contain other than sound files they won't affect anything else and can be installed in any order. That said they do like to be installed after any other mods containing sound files.

But...

I notice that you have DBSM (custom) and two of Stormfly's DBSM sets as well. I assume that the first one listed is the one from Winkelmander. Installing one of them first won't affect the game or make it crash, but whichever one you install last will overwrite the files of the other, rendering it useless. You need to choose one or the other, or pick and choose which sounds you like from each one.

With sounds it's really not a big deal, but having both sets is a waste of time.

[edit] I see some other sound mods in there. The same thing applies - whichever one you install last will overwrite the earlier ones, and you'll only hear the last ones installed.
