The stopwatch sound itsself is great.

I suggest to add a folder to the .rar-file like "Sound_chronometer_by_Vchoba" to make the mod compatible with JSGME (generic mod enabler): Sound_chronometer_by_Vchoba\data\sound\...

i suggest also to make an alternative version with louder sounds. IMO the sound is to be hardly heard when you are in the chart-room/-mode, but that depends a bit on your hardware (on-board sound, sound-card, headphone, etc.)
