The in-game settings for mouse sensitivity are utter BS. Way too slow for me.

But you can change it manually from (my)documents/my games/skyrim/SkyrimPrefs.ini

Search for the line: fMouseHeadingSensitivity

With the in-game slider on full, it's at 0.0500, changed it to 0.1000 and is much better now.
