Nothing they can do, we are way out in the sticks and the power is a single 22kv wire to a transformer getting its return through the ground, others running off this have put up with it for years, I hope the stabilizer works ok, but I guess $100 isn't too bad of a gamble.
On the 14th we are having solar panels installed, I hope this relieves the power bill, it's always around $800 per quarter!!
