There are quite a few VIIC's outthere but not so many in larger scale like 1:72. The best choice would be the VIIC by revell of germany. Just been re released last month. There is also quite some aftermarket stuff outthere to go with it.

The model i am asking questions for is revell of germany's VIIC in 1:144 scale. Still about 50 cm in length... And only about twenty euro's

Easy to build up and an excellent way to get back into the hobby IMHO
