powerISO is software primarily for managing CD/DVD content, isn't it? I'm not really familiar with it but I don't know why it would even be involved in the process. Windows should recognize .bin and .exe files. Double-clicking the .exe file should start the installation program and that's what needs access to the .bin files, you don't need to open the .bin files yourself. You don't need to do anything with them except save them to the same folder the .exe file is in.
At what point in the process are you getting this message? What are you trying to do when it pops up?
