I can't be of much help with the construction aspect of things, but I could help with picking a tractor if you ever need it.
TractorByNet has a lot of very knowledgeable people. I've been a member on that forum longer than I have been a member here. I check that site every day, like I do this one. You can't go wrong with TBN.
