open the folders found inside the "MODS" folder and see if they have a "data" folder in them, if not then you unzipped the mod into jsgme which is WRONG you unzip mods to your documents or desktop then confirm what folder is the actual mod then put that folder in jsgme.
many mods have more then just the mod files in them and jsgme will ONLY work if the files have the correct specific file paths
