Welcome DareDevil....the answer above is sound advice.
Not sure where you got your GWX files from but if they haven't been modded or any other file enabled that overwrites the menu file then it is possible you have a corrupt file but like Irish, I doubt it.
The files on my link (above my sig) have been tested and found faultless many thousands of times so you may want to consider downloading from them.
If you in fact got them from my link then with all due respect I'd wager it isn't corrupted files at fault in that case
