You will need all 7 GWX3_x.bin files plus the GWX3.exe file.

Save them all to the same folder on your hard drive then run the .exe file to install. You will need a clean, unmodded installation of SH3 v1.4 as GWX3 will not install into a game folder that's already been modded.
