I was so upset by that video that I had to post there.

I'm highly offended. There is no mention of the fact that the tools used are Mac-specific. I had to go to the hardware store and buy a special version of the scissors thingy, and even then it was for laptops. I han to go back and re-buy a smaller version that would fit inside my desktop. I'm new at this, and this poorly-done video was no help at all with a PC desktop.
