Speaking of hand and wrist issues, I use an ergonomic mouse with a built-in wrist support and I find it helps a great deal. I used to get soreness on a fairly regular basis, but since I made the switch, things have been a lot better.

Hi mate,

Thank for the good words and today i just receive my new wrist support and i just fix it to my mouse and i can say that i already feel a lot more comfort with my wrist, just have to get use to it because at first it feel strange and my precision pointing is a little bit erratic but i guess after a few days thing will get easier.

If not i will have to go the graphic tablet way so let's hope only this will solve the matter.
