Doesn't the article say she didn't turn up for her first 9 community service sessions and walked out when she finaly turned up for the 10th session. So the fact that she now has a assignment at the red cross doesn't change the fact she broke the terms of her sentence and is entirely irrelevant as she isn't in trouble for eventually turning up at the Red Cross she is in trouble for all the times she didn't turn up and for the time she walked out.
