I am torn on this one. While I can see taking away the probation for failing a drug test, or because she failed to attend counseling, the reasoning of "she did not do community service" is a load of crap. I wonder why the Judge is so angsty.

So, with other words, Lohan started her community service, got into an argument or whatever with the Women's Center, got reassigned by the probation department and the Judge gets pissy because Lohan didn't stay at the Women's Center.
Yeah right..
I am not a big fan of Lohan, (I don;t like her at all, actually) but this just smells like a judge with an overblown ego and a case bordering on injustice.
