Theoretically it should respawn since it is scripted in to campaign to be there till particular date. I'm less than 25% of fuel but I try to make him respawn by moving away for 50 km.. Otherwise we will have to rise the sails in order to reach France
Edit: Oh boy, I remembered I saved the game at the point of U-tanker location (spot). Now it's even more interesting: Let's say I load the game, the milkcow (say U-tanker never was destroyed, if he was within the rendering area <50 km, but I couldn't pick him up by hydrophones) after the loads, the U-tanker losses it's waypoints (stock SH3 bug) and slowly drifts away to uknown direction ? The game then will not respawn the unit untill it's not destroyed, right ?
Edit: Failed to establish contact with U-463. Nothing but whale songs can be heard submerged for 3 days.. BD3511.
Decided to brake patrol and head to St. Nazaire. By necessity will dock with Max Albrecht at El Farol.
