It's normal to have a black screen with looping audio for some time after the red bar loading screen. This will usually be followed by the "wait while we synchronize your games" screen, which can take a while too.
Depending on the speed of your PC and connection I wouldn't worry unless those parts are taking more than 3-5 minutes or so. Loading the actual saved game takes a loooong time as well.
