Cannot end patrol
Patrol #4, all worked perfectly so far.
Had the mission to sink a capital ship at Scapa Flow. Went there and sunk both Renown and Hood, and some other tankers. On the way back, close to Kiel, game crashed. Luckily I saved the game when I was leaving Scapa Flow back home, so I loaded the save game, went back to Kiel, but can't end patrol.
I have the button to dock, but I only have the option to Pospone or Refit. The "end patrol" button is there, not greyed out, but it's not clickable.
Known bug? What should I do? Refit, in and out? Edit some campaign file?
