Hi Maic0, if you're talking about the initial Silent Hunter 5 dialog that comes up and you're clicking on the Tutorial mission under the ACTIONS, I'm not sure what that's supposed to do. I've only recently started playing but it does nothing for me also.
Suggest you click the big Play button in the bottom right and load the tutorials from the main in-game menu
