Uekel, that's very good! Just activated this fixed version in my a.m. mentioned campaign start out of St.Nazaire, and the previously frozen flags (French merchants) are now unfrozen, like all others.

Sadly, many of those imported ships are still half sunk, but then again, that surely has nothing to do with flag.dat.

Anyway, you seem to have solved this flag bug. Congrats & thanks!
